My Story
Scents are memory transporters, shifting us from the present to the past with lightning speed. Recalling the aroma of Grandmas cookies or your first whiff of the mountain air is the nostalgia that we need. Certain smells alter my mood, either for sentimental reasons or because they evoke a calming effect.
Before Scentsy, I used scented candles and air fresheners to spruce up the scent of my home. These worked but soon became inconvenient. With three children in an apartment, an open flame wasn't an option. Then I learned that aerosol sprays were a trigger for my asthma attacks. I needed to find an alternative.
When I attended my first Scentsy party, I was in heaven. There were so many scents and products, and I wanted them all. I made my first large order, and then another, and another. I purchased warmers and Scentsy bars for myself, my family, and friends. Soon, others were telling me to order for them. My representative suggested that I look into becoming a consultant. I would get a discount, make some money, and meet new people. She sold me!
